Vanquishing disease and improving lives is the raison d’etre of drug development. It’s a quest that biomedicine has been increasingly winning. Yet, such success is often hard fought. Whether it is a result of a pipeline setback, asset transactions, or replacing sunsetting product revenues; to succeed, at some point, most companies will need to pivot their pipeline.
